Frigidaire Fridge 23.3 Counter Depth French Door

This fridge replaced my GE model, which was pretty much the same model. The GE model I had was deemed unrepairable because the condenser was out of stock indefinitely. I actually like the Frigidaire model better. The ice maker is fabulous. It make smaller cubes and at a greater abundance. My kids are athletes and filling water bottles with smaller cubes is fantastic and we don't run out of ice as often. Plus the smaller cubes make soft drinks fuzzier and more enjoyable. My two complaints are that the water dispenser started to leak a few months in and the flap between the top doors doesn't seem to line up correctly so the doors don't close properly. We did call for service on the flap. Technician repaired but it was only temporary. Think this is a factory default. Have to call for service again.

Blows the gfi and came filthy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge stores great, has many features, but the ice takes forever to make! The entire inside galleys came with a filthy grime that doesn’t come off and the electricians had to put a different outlet due to it tripping the GFI constantly.

It's unusual that the interior would arrive with any grime or debris; once safely manufactured, the doors remain closed for packaging and shipping until they are first sold or unboxed as a floor model. For instructions on how best to clean the interior, take a look at page 44 of your Owner's Manual! In addition, it is not recommended to plug any fridge and/or freezer into a GFCI outlet as these outlets are prone to trip from normal voltage fluctuations. This is mentioned on pages 5 and 8 of your Owner's Manual! We hope that the power is more reliable now that a new outlet has been installed. If you need any additional help, please reach out to us by Live Chat or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The interior design is good. The water dispenser is at a convenient place when opening the fridge. The only thing I'd comment on was that the doors don't automatically close when you push them. You have to be careful that you don't leave a door open. Ice maker functions well. I'm happy with the purchase thus far. Installation and set up team was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest review: we like the refrigerator and functionality regarding cooling seems to be doing well, particularly like the lighting and look. Unfortunately, upon delivery the fan has always made a noise that sounds consistent with not having appropriate clearance with spinning and sounds like it's making contact with something. This is very annoying to hear and not something I would expect for paying a significant amount for a higher model Frigidaire, I guess I'll have to take the time to get this addressed (new purchase 12/2022)...

This means your compressor reacts quickly to temperature fluctuations and circulates cold air based on your use and room temperature. These are high-efficiency compressors and may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. It is a normal sound.

Frigidare refrigerators

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit into my kitchen space, which I appreciate. Like the product except for the ice maker which is slow to make cubes.Everynight we are Al ost out of cubes for 2 people. This is a problem with no apparent solution.

Thanks for sharing this feedback! When the freezer section is set to 0°F, the ice maker should produce between 2-2.5 pounds of ice per 24 hours depending on usage conditions. You can set the freezer temperature to a colder setting to improve the performance of the ice maker, allowing 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize.
