[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has only been two weeks, but we couldn't be happier. For a counter depth refrigerator it has an amazing amount of space in the fresh food compartment. So much so it always looks like we need to go grocery shopping. It looks good in our space and the smudge resistant finish is great. The ice maker generates a huge supply of ice and I have come to love the smaller cubes. This was the easiest appliance purchase we have ever made.

Amazing Upgrade to the Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched fridges for a week and settled on this unit. There is a similar model with a separate crisper drawer. That is a waste so skip that. Get this model instead. Also got the counter depth unit verse the bloated deeper one which is good as this one barely fit through the door. This model also is set apart from other brands due to its width. The others are either 3-4 inches narrower or way too wide. The freezer pullout is roomy. I also like the fact that the icemaker is tucked up out of the way as I don't use it plus also easy to power off.
The interior is very bright with the 3 huge LED lights. Wow. Can see the mold much quicker. ;) Also love the fact the shelves are split so they are independently adjustable, the left from the right. The other brands think that one long shelf from side to side is good but imagine setting too much on it an crash! its broken. There's also a shelf that will tuck away if a larger object needs to fit in on a lower shelf.
Now the negatives which still doesn't detract I like it. The door has temp controls to adjust the coldness which one rarely changes once set. Also, the freezer boost setting which is supposed to cool the storage after adding new merch. That doesn't work. Mainly, the temps set for both fridge and freezer don't match the actual temps, but are off by 4 degrees. I can live with that.
I never had nor used a french door model so it does take some use to. You can open and close each door independently of the other. Other models need them closed in a certain order. Was hoping for the unit to be quieter than the unit it replaced but no, I can hear it humming right now 30 ft away. That is the price of modern living. If you want it quiet, go live in a tent.
Have been monitoring how much more efficient it is than the previous unit. The jury is still out on that one. That should not distract you from getting this model. It really is a good model. The company makes sold appliances. My other freezer unit is still going strong.
If I would suggest one improvement for the company, and that would be to get rid of the door shelves. We don't need to store gallon containers there not the thousand of other smaller items there as well. Everyone knows that the temperature for items on the door shelves is lower than for items placed on the interior shelves. I could do without this so-called "convenience".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a side by side for the Frigidaire counter depth French door for my condo. It has more freezer space, easier to organize, and fit into my space perfectly. The French doors allow for a great line of sight for the food storage. I am happy with my choice. The only negative I have so far is it should have come with an ice scoop.
