Enjoying it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been almost 1 month of ownership and I am satisfied and enjoying the fridge. I love that fingerprints don’t show in the main doors (do on handles) and everything can we easily wiped off with a cloth. Like the counter depth and ice maker in the freezer

Highly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited almost 5 months to receive the refrigerator. Less than 1 month after receiving it freezer alarm started going off. Freezer wasn’t freezing. Repair men came out and thought they had fixed it. They did not and we lost an entire freezer full of food because it all thawed. We are scheduled to receive a new fridge tomorrow. I have no faith the new one will be any better.

Love counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our counter depth refrigerator. It still provides us with plenty of room inside, but looks so much better than a normal depth refrigerator. We also love the water dispenser being on the inside. We are hoping this will help alleviate the problems we had with the external ice/water dispenser in our old Samsung fridge.
