[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this refrigerator for a couple of months but thus far I am very pleased. It's the same external size as my previous LG refrigerator yet has a lot more room for storage, the tradeoff being no external water/ice dispenser in the door. This has not proven to be any problem to me, though - I'd much rather have the extra space. The layout is efficient, flexible, and convenient. The question will be the reliability and longevity, as it is for most modern-day refrigerators. But so far I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the space this fridge has over our old side by side. However, the fridge is noisy, the ice maker is slow, and the water dispenser leaks. Wish we had known more before purchasing.

We are disappointed to learn you are not happy with your refrigerator. To address your concerns, your refrigerator is high-efficiency and may introduce unfamiliar sounds. For an explanation of the normal operating sounds you may hear, please review page 39 in the Owner's Manual.
Your refrigerator ice maker should produce 2.7 to 3.2 pounds of ice per 24 hours depending on usage. If the ice maker isn't making the expected amount of ice, please see page 46 in the manual for solutions.
Regarding the dispenser leaking, we recommend ensuring there is no ice blocking or frost forming around the outside or inside of the chute. Ice in the door/chute could melt and leak down the chute. Also, ensure there are no droplets forming at the tip of the water dispenser. Air in the water line could cause water to drip from the water dispenser.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this fridge one month and I already love it! Spacious room in the doors and shelves. I specifically choose this one to avoid water dispenser and replacing filters every 6 months. Already pay for an RO system from my faucet. Quick insert of a filter bypass and saving money! This is my third refrigerator in 12 yrs the other brands just did not hold up. In doing my research before purchase this was not only highly rated but is made in USA!

Enjoying it so far

I love that fingerprints don’t show in the main doors (do on handles) and everything can we easily wiped off with a cloth. Like the counter depth and ice maker in the freezer

Highly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited almost 5 months to receive the refrigerator. Less than 1 month after receiving it freezer alarm started going off. Freezer wasn’t freezing. Repair men came out and thought they had fixed it. They did not and we lost an entire freezer full of food because it all thawed. We are scheduled to receive a new fridge tomorrow. I have no faith the new one will be any better.
