Lots of space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the first fridge I have ever had that is not bursting at the seams full! The space is amazing and convenient. The interior lighting is wonderful and everything works great. I love the interior water dispenser. One of the top doors arrived with a minor ding in it and I am waiting on my appliance shop to resolve that. Additionally the freezer makes a horrible noise when I open the drawer, which I am also waiting on the appliance people to help me resolve. My only comments to improve it would be 1. to be able to open each of the split drawers inside the fridge by only opening ONE of the outer doors (the one on the right you have to open both doors to access it fully) to 2. add a small shelf or "basket" of sort to the back side of the freezer door. There is a need for a small space to contain small things that just fall into the drawer and kind of get lost. My old French door freezer had this and I never knew how much I used it, until I didn't have it. Oddly, the part of the drawer I am talking about (if you open the drawer, it would be essentially where the handle is but on the inside), when you look at it almost looks like a piece is supposed to go there and is missing. There are exposed screws. I almost though a piece was missing. The freezer takes a good bit of heft to make sure its closed fully. Just takes some getting used to if you have had drawers or doors that are self closing in the past.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the first one and the left door upper bearing was installed incorrectly so it binds and squeaked. Received and another and the left door has a dent and waiting for a replacement. The plastic protective when removed left plastic remained on the edges of both units and is noticeable and seems impossible to remove.

Lots of headaches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is nice, but sadly we've had a lot of headaches with this model. The first one had to be sent back because it was broken. Thought we were good when the second one arrived, but the next day we realized the damper assembly was broken and all our food got completely frozen. Took several weeks to get the damper replaced, and now the water dispenser is leaking. Not sure if I got unlucky, or if this is the typical experience. If it didn't have these issues it would be a nice fridge.

Great Refrigerator, But……..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space and the layout. No ice making unit up top, so the space on the shelves and door are awesome. Lighting is also fantastic. But, disappointed that the water is not chilled/refrigerator. Never even occurred to me that a fridge with a water dispenser would dispense water that isn’t cooled.??!!?

Very Nice Refrigerator

Our last refrigerator (an LG) had the ice maker in the door, this unit does not have that and it seems like it has some much more room inside as a result. Now if they could just make the plastic wrapping easier to remove. ;-)
