[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance is only a few weeks old, have had no problems-this is what I paid for, a new appliance that works when plugged in.
How about asking for a survey or review after a year of use or better 6 months after the warranty expires. That way it would be an honest review of the product and any customer service events/problems that may have arisen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Gallery French Door refrigerator! It replaced a 10+ year old, smaller, side-by-side. It fits lovely in our new kitchen. The bottom freezer is ideal. Fingerprint resistance is a must! :)
