Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace our Samsung Frig which we have have numerous problems with in the past 7 years. I like the sleek look of the water dispenser inside and the ice maker in the freezer. So far it works well. As several other people mentioned we discovered the 2 small indentions in the door which houses the water dispenser, took me a couple of days to realize they were indeed indentions and not just light reflecting off finish. The plastic wrap masked the appearance of the dents so we accepted the Frig condition upon delivery without noticing them. Also it took a long time to get the plastic wrap off and out of all the crevices. Also the motor does run continuously and a little louder than our other refrigerators, the noise has finally blended in with the other white noise of the house. All in All I am so far pleased with it.

Pretty cool fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a giant step up from my last fridge. Still have 2 pieces that I have no idea where they belong and once in awhile makes a terrible noise. Sounds like the ice maker, which is not hooked up.

service call, 3 wks old, otherwise roomy fridge, beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Called service today after 3 wks for fruit freezing on top shelf of fridge, compressor sounds becomes high pitched a couple times a day, irritating.. otherwise refrige portion is roomy, well lit, getting used to shelves w/somewhat narrow height, door shelves very roomy, easy to use water dispenser.. freezer is fairly small (had a side by side before w/roomier freezer) but it works

Although we are happy to know that you are pleased with the look of your fridge, the bright LED lighting, and the space it has, we recognize that you have some concerns, and we would like to help. Note that placing items within 1 inch of the front of the airports or temperature sensors may cause that food to freeze. Also, if you feel the shelves are too narrow, you can easily adjust shelf positions in the refrigerator compartments to suit your needs. The shelves have mounting brackets that attach to slotted supports at the rear of each compartment. Page 32 of your Use and Care Guide provides instructions on how to change the position of a shelf. Lastly, your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These noises typically indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. However, keep in mind that some surfaces such as floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, and even certain floor plans, may make these sounds more noticeable.
