Not happy so far.

We are having several issues with our new refrigerator. Freezer temperature seems to vary. Sometimes things are hard, other times soft even if nothing new is added for days. Just brought home some frozen lemonade that was rock hard and an hour later it was slushy. Not a big fan of the crisper as it dries out onions and potatoes unless they are tightly wrapped. And lastly, the floor in front of the fridge is much warmer than any other fridge we owned.

For the freezer temperature issue, we recommend checking the temperature settings to ensure they’re correctly adjusted. Also, make sure the door seals are fully intact, as air leaks can cause temperature fluctuations. As for the crisper, it’s designed to maintain optimal humidity, but wrapping certain foods tightly can help keep them fresh for longer.
The warmer area in front of the fridge could be a result of ventilation. We recommend ensuring there’s adequate space around the fridge for air circulation, as this can help with cooling efficiency.

Water dispenser inside - perfect!

In selecting a new fridge, this feature was a MUST HAVE for me. So far we’re thrilled with the feature and the ample space inside the fridge itself, particularly on the doors.

First refrigerator without water/ice dispenser on door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with internal water dispenser and regular ice maker as it keeps the front very clean looking. Counter depth is working well also as I don’t miss the loss of space. Only issue is the doors do t close when only partially open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Only issues are deli drawer has poor visibility (Can't see what's in the back), ice cube tray must be pulled out to access, and dispensed water is room temp, not chilled.

Good Refrigerator - Trusted Name!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several weeks of limping along trying to repair our 7-year LG, we replaced it with Frigidaire. Despite getting a smaller unit than we were accustomed to, the storage layout of this is very smart and we're not missing the extra space. Love the clean lines and we don't miss having the exterior water/ice dispenser (just another thing to have issues). I just wish it came with baskets for the lower area in the freezer.
