Water on the inside takes some adjusting to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator, smooth drawers & doors, and temperature controls in a smart location. Only concern (if you want to call it that) is the water dispenser being on the inside. That takes some adjusting too, but you can make the argument it's more sanitary. So far, it's stood up magnificently to the 4 kids (ages 6, 5, 5, 4) trying to rip open the doors and slam them shut! Would recommend to a friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator seems to be very cheaply made. It's off kilter--the freezer doesn't line up flush with the fridge and the top isn't flat. The metal scratches incredibly easily; a small fridge magnet scratches it, which I didn't realize before I put all my fridge magnets up, so now it's all scratched up. The ice maker didn't work when we got it and even after it was fixed, it makes ice soooooo slowly and so little at a time, you have to wait days to get a decent amount of ice. The freezer space is poorly designed and hard to use; we can't fit as much in as we could our old freezer even though they're the same size. Meat freezes in the bottom drawer of the fridge even when it's on the highest temperature setting. That said, I do like the space in the refrigerator and fridge doors and I like the light in the fridge. That's about it. Otherwise, I really do not like this refrigerator. It's not worth the money.

Regarding the issue with the fridge drawer freezing contents, that should not occur, especially on the highest temperature setting, and may indicate a calibration or airflow issue. We'd like to investigate that further and provide support.
