I have had problems with the refrigerator from day one. The ice dispenser does not work and needs a new part which is on backorder. I regret buying you product. In over 50 years I never had a problem in the first few days of a kitchen appliance.

Love it so far

The brand has been durable so we got the same brand. so far it has been a great fridge - lots of room and adjustability to your liking. good reminders for maintenance. good purifying and filtration system. can't complain!

Nice size but controls don’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alarms go off every time we open the door and we have to reset it. Light doesn’t work. No troubleshooting available for this. No phone service available to ask a simple question.

An alarm may sound if there are high temperatures in the fridge, if the door has been left open for longer than five minutes, if the power went out, or if there is an ice cube stuck in the dispenser flap.
