[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love this refrigerator/freezer! The counter-depth fit perfectly in my kitchen and it is very roomy - seems to hold much more than my old side-by-side two door fridge. I really wanted the water access on the outside so I wouldn't have to open the door every time I refill my water glass, and it was important to me to have ice access here as well. Many other models with exterior water access do not have ice on the door since the ice maker is in the bottom freezer. I was so happy to find this model that has the water/ice combo on the door. There is still plenty of storage on the left fridge door as the designers build shelving around the water unit. My only complaint so far is that the ice maker is louder than I like (I don't mean during use, I mean at random times throughout the day). I am also happy that the exterior is magnetic because my baby likes to play with magnets on the doors while I'm working in the kitchen. Not all stainless steel appliances are magnetic, and I didn't know if this would be at time of purchase because I couldn't find that info in the specs or in reviews, so I was really happy upon delivery to find out that it was. I highly recommend!

Runs loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigeration runs most of the time, and it's quite loud. I can hear in the room next door. Drawers seem like they might break soon. French doors are not even with each other. Not sure if this is due to a leveling issue or the frig itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the refrigerator for only about 3 weeks but so far it’s been fine. Water and ice work, the inside is spacious and it’s quiet. Some of the door shelves are a little odd shaped due to the through the door water, and less useful because of that, but I have enough room in the others. My only complaint is that it’s not fingerprint resistant - at all. It marks easily and doesn’t clean up readily which is disappointing. But it looks nice and works well so far, and I’m hoping for a long and trouble free run.

User friendly
Some of the door baskets are difficult to place items due to size.
The ice crusher hasnt worked after the second day. It only dispenses cubes .the left door extends a luttle roo far and squeaks when you open it cuz the rubber rubs against the other door. I do like the fridge very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a stainless steel fridge, it's very dull surface, not shiny like my other one, it's working fine so far but I only had it for 2 weeks so far, the crisper drawer supposed to have filter in it, but it's not included, I had to purchase it myself, the water dispenser drips after you remove the glass, which is very annoying, it fits nicely as a counter deep appliance.

I'm not happy with my new Frigidaire. From the beginning it has been too loud and makes random humming/vibration noises. Also, any food touching the back of the fridge freezes. When I called a few time I received answers like, "mine makes that noise too and I just have to get used to it" and just don't let your food touch the back of the refrigerator". REALLY??!!
