Reasonable Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy storage, lots of space, easy to use controls to edit settings. Have not had for more than a 3 weeks but seems to be good. Very easy to smudge but I guess I should have paid $300 more for the smudge proof one. We will see how time wears on this machine but so far it is going good.

New refrigerator

Had to review the manual to see how to turn off the alarm after a power failure on Christmas Eve. Interesting to see the steps needed to reset the alarm and to turn off the ice maker to empty the bin. Overall the refrigerator is working well

Many Nice Features but Bad Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self-closing door is great. The lighting is the best. The display panel is very good. But the Freezer drawer was either built wrong or damaged during shipment and frost lines the freezer. Also, we'd like the top drawer in the freezer to come out when the drawer is opened.

Warm air coming in from a gap in the seal or from the drawer being left open can cause frost to form. Water dispenser leaking

I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago. All was fine until I noticed 2 things just this week. First off, after using the water dispenser I've noticed it drips for about 10-15 seconds after use. Supposedly this is a common problem with this model though as annoying as it is that's not the worst of it. The more pressing issue is that when I use the dispenser, water starts leaking out of the top of the fridge and then drips down the side creating a puddle on the floor. I'm very disappointed in this model.

If the water filter was recently replaced, dripping from the dispenser may occur because air is trapped in the water filter.
