Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the unit last October, installed in November. Stopped cooling April 20, after 5 months. Ok, I figure its under warranty and they'll fix it. After lots of calls and texts, the service is approved and they're coming June 6. Seriously. Brand new dead refrigerator sitting in my kitchen for 6 weeks. Learn from my mistake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance is great, would have been better if I recieved the correct manual. Due to this I had to miss two days of work to get a simple issue fixed. Again if I would have had the correct manual, there would have been no issues.

Nice-looking, functional fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge bc it was the most economical counter-depth French door with ice/water dispenser we could find. We've had it for almost 6 months now and love it! The only extremely minor thing is that the water dispenses out farther from the fridge than expected, so we're always spilling water (especially guests). But other than that, no complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new refrigerator. The space inside is great taking into account that it is a counter depth unit. The water/ ice dispenser is well designed.
It lost one star for two reasons. 1. The motor is much louder than my last refrigerator. 2. I wish the "door open" alarm was shorter than 5 minutes. Wish it was adjustable for time.
