Was great…until it wasn’t. Freezes in the back.

Haven’t had any problems with this model for 1.5 years but it has started to freeze in the back. Some items on the bottom shelf will be frozen, even though we haven’t changed the settings since we moved in.
Now we can’t get water to come out of the dispenser, even though this is the 3rd time we’ve changed the filter.
Not really looking forward to calling a repair technician on a fairly new fridge, but if I can’t figure it out myself, looks like that’s my only option.

What a great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is amazing! I love all of the different sections in the fridge, giving me a lot of spaces to store things. I also love the ice maker. The fact that the freezer has a drawer and additional storage for smaller items is great too.

Simple but sweet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new fridge. We love the shelves on the inside as they are arranged to give you plenty of space! There are so many lights with this fridge that it’s easy to see where things are and it looks cool! The freezer section is nice as the two shelves give you plenty of room to store food. I was worried that it might be too small but it ‘s nice and tidy. Our only complaints are that we wanted a white fridge but we could not find one that was counter depth. We had a white one before and it was a clean look in our kitchen. Now we see ,probably no one else, a huge silver fridge. Also, when we use the water feature on the door it’ make quite a bit of noise. Clicking on and stopping. But the water and ice maker on the outside was important to us! We LOVE that this fridge fits a real sized water bottle! Less water spillage onto the floor.
