[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer gasket seal was not affixed properly and a service call was made to repair over freezing temp. In freezer. This was two days after purchasing fridge. Still waiting on part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for about two weeks now and we have enjoyed it. We have much more room than our last side my side refrigerator. Two things we would change if we could: 1. The fingerprint smudges. We have two little kids and every time they touch it there’s another smudge added. 2. The fruit and veggie drawers. We wish they would come out a little further. Sometimes it’s hard to get to the stuff in the back.
Other than these two things, we have enjoyed the fridge so far!

Loud knocking sounds all-day/all-night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure how this refrigerator passed inspections, or if it was inspected at all, but it makes extremely loud noises. There are cracking/snapping sounds that happen just before you can then hear water running inside it which we assume is to fill the ice
reservoir. Then there are random loud slap sounds--like someone slapped the ground with plastic bat. Not sure what that's from. I've found similar complaints online where people have recorded the sounds. Wish we looked into this prior to the purchase. The interior of the fridge is set up nice, the shelves are spacious, and the water/ice dispenser with well.

Rushing, Blowing or Whistling Air-You may hear air being forced through the refrigerator by the evaporator fan. Hissing or Sizzling-During defrost cycles, water dripping onto the defrost heater may cause a hissing or sizzling sound. After defrosting, a popping sound may occur. Clunking, Thumbling, Water Running-The consumer will hear ice cubes falling into the ice bin. Also, the ice maker fan, water valve activation and refrigerant gas may create sounds during ice maker operation. Not as good as I’d hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s some things lacking in this Frig… no butter keepers with roll down tops, no area for eggs or holder, lighting could be better in the interior, and I hate the handles on the outside… they actually attract fingerprints. Not like my Kitchenaide for sure.

Runs great, looks good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks really clean & there is a lot of room. I really think this has a well designed layout of spaces & drawers. Same size as my last refrigerator, but this French door model seems to have more room than a traditional side by side. It really keeps the food cold too. I like the added temperature controls on the front panel.

Counter-depth Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have gotten used to owning our first ever counter-depth refrigerator…Frigidaire. Originally, losing 2.5 cu ft of space, as in the case of a standard refrigerator seemed to be inconvenient. We made adjustments and the 22.6 cu ft is working well for us, like we have always had a unit like this. Info displayed is readily understandable to take corrective action, example, after a power outage. To date, the unit is working as expected…cooling, freezing, dispensing water and ice cubes. We are pleased with the overall performance. Thanks
