Water/ice dispenser doesn’t work. Control panel also not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this for a few months and the control panel has already stopped working. The water dispenser leaks everywhere when we try to use it. Seems cheaply made. Very disappointing.

Roomy and attractive refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator works very well for my storage needs. I like the smooth moving drawers and versatile door storage and quiet operation.. It holds the interior temperature of frig and freezer at a steady point and keeps more perishable food like produce fresh and crisp for a good length of time. After about six months, I did have a problem with the water dispenser, which kept dripping after releasing the paddle. After several service calls didn’t resolve the issue, the vendor I purchased it from replaced the unit I had with a new identical refrigerator. So far, no water dispenser problems. I am happy this appliance was under warranty and am very happy with my service support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge alarm sounds are less annoying than my last fridge. Lots of space, though I'm still getting used to the layout and where I keep things. Minus one star for the fact that we can't easily peel off all the plastic protective bits and can still see some poking out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it seemed smaller because the ice maker taking space in the fridge. The shelves were also not as deep as my previous fridge. However, the door space is huge and this makes up for it. I simply store much more stuff in the doors than I did on my old Kenmore. The lighting inside is amazing, when I open I feel like I have visibility to everything whereas sometimes in my old fridge things could get buried in the back. Water in door is super smooth as my old fridges it sort of gushed out making a mess at times. Its only been a week but i think its great

Its working, but I’m not confident in its lifespan.

One day after delivery I had received a shock from the front panel. From that day until the front panel was replaced, we had no ice making function. It’s been repaired and its been working fine and it looks great-but I’m not at all confident in how long before its next episode.
