[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] well, it came with a broken water line and one of the water line connectors wasn't hooked up in the back so when i turned the water on i leaked all over

Nice size but controls don’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alarms go off every time we open the door and we have to reset it. Light doesn’t work. No troubleshooting available for this. No phone service available to ask a simple question.

An alarm may sound if there are high temperatures in the fridge, if the door has been left open for longer than five minutes, if the power went out, or if there is an ice cube stuck in the dispenser flap. Please ensure you check these conditions and acknowledge the alarm if it sounds! We have sent you an email to discuss this further and ensure you are being taken care of.
