Frame is bent resulting in no seal for the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge ws delivered 2 weeks ago. Immediately the freezer door would not shut, and the seal was not tight. The freezer began to look like a snow globe with frost building up on the inside. The repairman said the frame was bent resulting in the door not sealing when shut. Still waiting for a replacement. I am not a happy customer

Nice features and interior layout, excellent value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this replacement refrigerator after our 5 year old LG failed miserably. Due to supply issues and back ordering, we had to buy something that was in stock in a hurry. It has the same dimensions as the one we were replacing, and is counter depth. It’s plenty big for a household of two people. Front panel controls with water and ice work smoothly, exterior finish is sleek. Only negative comment is that the plastic bins inside seem a little lightweight, would be nicer if they were more substantial plastic. Great value for the price!

Great new addition to our new kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we recently had our kitchen redone and bought all new appliances. We bought all KitchenAid stuff including this fridge. The first thing I noticed was that my toddler could no longer get into the refrigerator part like our old split open fridge which was a plus! It’s clean, ergonomic and we are very happy with it.

Had to replace with a new fridge already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the first fridge delivered. had a small dent on the side visible which we were willing to keep and have $ deducted. after using it for the first day, the water dispenser leaked after using it. called to see about trouble shooting and they said they would just replace the fridge and it couldnt be fixed. noticed before the new one was switched out, the original one seemed to run constantly as well. They did replace with a new fridge and im very happy with this one.

Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Counter depth is great for appearance but definitely doesn’t hold as much stuff. I love the added drawer for lunch meat. Only wish the shelves were made so more stuff could fit. They have to narrow of a depth gap which makes it difficult to fit items. It would be easier to just remove that bottom shelf
