[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great build quality. The screen looks fantastic and it's very light. The look is really modern and so far the computer is really fast. Wish it came with a wireless mouse and keyboard but no biggie. The only downside is that it's a little hard to find and search for things on the Windows Operating system but that's an OS thing not HP's fault.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the HP touchscreen desktop. Looks great on the desk the screen solid chrome legs and the huge screen tilts. The speakers look elegant as well that go across the bottom screen , hp did not skip out on premium materials. I bought the i7 version so it runs smooth for a couple of open windows running at the same time. Over all a great quality for the price. Not easy to beat.
I purchased and was excited. However, the speakers do not work, plugging in external speakers only works sporadically because the port to plug them in is not dependable. The microphone does not work or does sporadically. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with support, wiped my computer out. It has now been sent to repair. I have a brand new computer that I purchased for specifically creating online classes and no speaker or mic and ports are unreliable. Now I am trying to work with the old computers that I thought I was replacing.
I needed a computer with enough RAM and a good processor to run my graphic design software. This has worked perfectly for me! It shipped quickly too, which was a huge help.
I bought this PC for my wife about a month ago. She does a lot of reading because of school, and she studies art as a hobby. So the 24" screen is definitely better than the previous 15" screen on her laptop. The Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 processor is responsive, the 16 GB memory is sufficient for most tasks, the graphics are sharp and useful for her art activities, the 1 TB HDD storage + 256 GB SSD storage is very ample and allows her to store images and videos without any remorse. The camera resolution is very clear, and the fact that it can be hidden for privacy is genius. The touch screen is a nice touch (pun intended), and resolution thanks to it Intel® Iris® Xᵉ Graphics is great. The built-in speaker sound is surprisingly good. A technically sound computer. But, for some reason it still has wired mouse and keyboard. From the aesthetical, and practical point of view, this throws a wrench. Specially for someone like my wife that has millions of things on her desk, the cables get in the way. I am not sure if this model is available with Bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard or if you can exclude them to reduce the price, but maybe it is something that HP can do to improve a great PC.
