I bought it less than a month and I am returning it back. This is a sub standard product. It is slow, make noise and not performing well.

I'm not unhappy with it but I'm not happy. It seems to hear up with minimal use, then the very loud fan turns on. That shouldn't be happening with basic word processing and email and a handful of web browsers open.

After many phone calls I felt my best option was to return this product. Was disappointed in the quality control as I felt this machine had all the features I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The computer is decently powered, but Office didn't come already installed (you have to purchase it separately, yearly, which is ridiculous, as that should be a basic in a work computer), and the 'sleep' mode is not working properly, as it wakes on its own. Not super confident that this computer will last long.
