The system was easy to install and the instructions were very thorough. The HEIGH10 functions as advertised and I recommend this system to anyone wanting an upgrade or replacement. I installed it in my 2018 Ram 1500 after the OE infosystem delaminated and malfunctioned to the point it was useless. Thanks Stinger for your video's and installation PDFs!

I'll start with how amazing this unit is!
Sound quality is awesome, equalizer functions are top notch. Then you get real time gauge read outs! 0-60! Overall I'm beyond excited to get in my truck now.
Now.... I will say if I had to do it again I'd pay somebody to install this unit. This was by far one of the most difficult installs I've ever taken on.

2015 Ram 1500 HEIGH10

Where to start. Install was a bit long due to center console modification no big deal just a little plastic shave here or there to pass cables for aux box. Pre-wired my radio on the bench for ease of installation and it went flawless. Everything couldn't have been simpler; radio fired right up, called Sirius hooked that up, carplay etc. all worked without a hitch. Videos for install really helped so look at those first a couple of times then go to work. Service center was excellent (minor question) but all in all the phucker looks good haha and sounds great. Very happy with this!

Decent function, average sound, not as spectacular as advertised

2018 Ram 2500 Tradesmen Radio Upgrade to Stinger High 10.
Other than fitting all the wires and modules in the dash, the installation was not terribly difficult. The screen looks good and the backup camera works much better than it did with the small 5‚stock screen that comes in the Tradesman. I am very surprised that even with a higher wattage and built-in EQ with lots of adjustments, that the system doesn‚ sound as good as the stock radio. If you don‚ already have a stock system that you can see your instruments on, then you won‚ be able to see then on the High 10. For me, a bigger screen and apple carlpay wasn‚ worth the high cost. My suggestion would be to spend a little more and get the 8.4‚Ram radio with the replacement bezel.

Nice Upgrade from the ole RAM UConnect 5

I ordered the Stinger HEIGH10 and integration kit for my 2014 RAM 1500 at the end of May. In the end, I appreciate the upgrade from the OEM UConnect 5 inch radio, there is no basis for comparison. The display is just the right size so it isn't jumping out at you like some cars with oversize displays and it is plenty big enough to clearly see navigation directions and map. I did not order the iGo GPS navigation since I will be using Waze or Google Maps via AndroidPlay.
I had problems with the initial installation not working and contacted Tech Support. The Tech determined the problem was likely a defective CH4A-SRK and/or Pac-Link PL1 (i.e. the blue boxes) after about 30 minutes of troubleshooting over the phone to verify connections. I ordered the replacement integration kit (and returned the defective unit). I added a SiriusXM tuner and 3 aftermarket cameras along with the OEM b/u cam. Once installed, everything worked as expected. Ensure your AndroidPlay USB cable from the console to the phone is USB 3.1 Gen 2 or better to support the data throughput. After completing the install, many of the cable harness connections were not needed/used.
