I like the telescoping part, that works better than expected. The only thing I would say that the angle of the scraping head isn't aggressive enough for my roof angle. And the support pieces for the head are not strong enough. I dropped the rake and one of them totally bent already. But for the price, not a bad rig.

Defective in manufacture; had to fix myself

After assembly, I started using this on simple roof snow. With just light tugging, the handle portion (aluminum tube) came off the main body, exposing the tube stub that it mates with. There was no evidence of a fastener or glue presence to hold the thing together. I had to rig a fix, myself.
