I like the telescoping part, that works better than expected. The only thing I would say that the angle of the scraping head isn't aggressive enough for my roof angle. And the support pieces for the head are not strong enough. I dropped the rake and one of them totally bent already. But for the price, not a bad rig.

Gives me access to my panels from my deck. This is my second rake as the first one failed due to the locking mechanisms coming loose, but it was quickly replaced under their guarantee. The only improvement or option I would like to have is a rubber guard attachable to the rake to prevent any possibility of the plastic scratching the panels (although it is not an issue, just a thought.)
