Love the produce, customer service is even better.

We recently purchased a log splitter and received one damaged. Customer service was beyond excellent. I sent an email one Saturday morning and received a phone call within minutes and the problem was corrected. This is a great product for home use as some of the purchased logs are too big for our fireplace. We LOVE it.

Snowjoe makes a very inferior product. The first one was replaced by a new one but it took most of the snow season to replace it. The replacement only lasted 2 small snow events and it quit. Now l have been most of the snow season waiting a replacement.

Have had mine for about 6 maybe 7 years now use it every year to split half cord of wood works like the day I bought it. Love this thing 😁.
