I'm coming to the Google Pixel 6 Pro from the iPhone 12 Pro. I've used both OSs and switch back and fourth quite often. This Pixel is one of my favorite phones I've used. Love the pure Android experience without a lot of bloatware. It's very snappy, bright, the pictures are amazing, and the new Google assistant/dictation is extremely accurate even including punctuation!
Back side fingerprint reader from the Pixel 5 is gone, and front screen reader on the 6 Pro is hit and miss. Can be very frustrating to unlock the device. Ergonomically, the back side reader worked better as you could touch it while holding the phone in one hand, and it rarely failed to recognize a print. The new front side reader requires two hands and is only ~40-50% with first attempt print recognition (and I have tried rescanning my prints). Otherwise I am generally happy, still configuring the new OS, features, settings... as some of the default settings don't work for how I prefer to use my phone.

Having used multiple types of Android phones to include Samsung and LG models the pixel 6 pro definitely takes some getting used to. Once you learn the features though it's pretty intuitive and feels pretty fluid.
My Pixel 6 Pro is absolutely beautiful and amazing. The operating system is amazing, the camera's are top of the line. The hardware is awesome. Annnnnnnnd, the prices compared to other flagship smartphones can't be beat. No phone is perfect, but the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are close!
So far, so good -- really like the phone's speed, camera, layout and features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything about this phone is a downgrade from my Note 9, yes Note 9 which is 4 years old was better than this. The simplest things this phone screws up, texting has word suggestions, and it's rarely ever the right word. Samsung allows you to cast your phone to almost any TV, nope not the Pixel only casts to Chromecast devices. It's freezes up multiple times per day, calls get dropped. I don't think I can wait to upgrade. Avoid...

So close to five stars, but wow the battery life on this is straight horridness. I have zero complaints other than just how bad the battery life is. I've tried every option even to turn off features which by you're at that point it defeats the purpose of owning a phone of this caliber.
