The Pixel 6 Pro is amazing except for one GiGANTIC issue - the front facing camera is GARBAGE. The picture is grainy and images result very blurred and "smeared". I've had 2 devices with the same issue. I've tried to troubleshoot with Google's recommendations to no avail. If the front camera worked properly, I would love the device, but it's such a bad problem, that Google has yet to address, that I would NOT recommend this device to anyone. Such a shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Phone, Camera everything. 1 small complaint.

Great Phone, Camera everything. Just One Small Complaint. the fingerprint scanner is inconsistent. fingerprint scanner. Everything else has been great, from battery life to software. Took a little getting used to coming from a S21 Ultra, even though the s21 camera is far superior to the Pixel Pro, I will say Pixel Pro comes ahead when it comes to Low Light Pictures, does an excellent job as well as close up focus image stabilization. Over all super happy with this phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Phone fingerprint is slow, poor battery life

This phone fingerprint unlocking mechanism is the worst I seen on a smartphone. The phone also gets extremely hot performing basic tasks. Battery life is average to say the least. I don’t recommend this phone

Husband and I Both got the pixel 6 pro and we are loving them. Best camera I've ever used. I don't have much trouble with Battery neither does my husband and we haven't experienced any the bugs that other people of mentioned. Knock on wood maybe we were lucky but these are amazing phones. Plus the less bloat wear I am enjoying saves so much space on a phone.

Love this phone

Been a pixel fan for years, the software is perfect for my liking. Android 12 was kinda buggy at first but is now more stable and much improved. As of android 12L beta 3 this phone charges in about an hour, before this update it was weirdly capped and would take almost 2 hours. This year they got the hardware to back it up, 12gb ram, 120hz screen, and custom processor means this phone flies through tasks. The cameras are a good improvement over last year especially in the video department, the 50mp camera (converts to 14mp) has been great and shows more detail than before and finally includes both telephoto and wide angle. The telephoto is really good, it's 4x though so it zooms quite a bit farther than the iPhone and it's best used outdoors.
The one huge downside to this phone is it's size, which isn't an issue for me but I can see that being an instant deal breaker for many buyers. It's also got a curved screen which means plastic screen protector or an expensive curved one. Some have said the fingerprint scanner is bad, but honestly idk what they're talking about, the fingerprint scanner is fast and reliable.

The pixel phone is the smartest of the smartphones and has a great display. It has a wonderful camera and it really improves your day-to-day life. I would highly recommend the Pixel 6 Pro for anyone looking for an Android smartphone. I also recommend it to iPhone users who are interested in trying out Android for the first time. Features like Hold fo Me, Real Tone, Direct My Call, and Call Screen are next level.
