Horrible pump - 0 rating should be an option!

Really really disappointed with this new model of pump in style! I had the older version of it in 2017 which was wonderful and decided to blindly get this with my second kid. Such a bad mistake and waste of my insurance coverage! This new pump does not drain you completely. My milk supply is not great even after replacing the connectors and tubing medela sent me! Some days the suction is low and other days it’s pulling me. You have no clue what speed you are on. The quality is compromised with this change in design. Not the medela I used in 2017!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

suction power is less

So uncomfortable

The angle the pumping thing has along with angle of flanges and to get the milk to empty in the bottle if you have big boobs that hang you darn near have to slouch and lean fwd and after 20 min my back is killing me and unless you have bra for pumping it moves and loses suction and leaks milk. Can't sit back and relax and pump

Poor design

I wanted to like this pump because I’ve heard good things about medela but this is just awful. The part that connects to the bottles doesn’t fully come apart so it’s nearly impossible to fully clean which is frankly just unsafe. I speand 5 minutes on each one just trying to get in all the small spaces to clean them. The pump itself quit working within a month of having it and i only pump 3x a day. I had to buy a pump in the middle of my work day. I have 5 breast pumps, 3 being electric and this is just the worst one.

Poor performance.

I have been using this pump since 9/23/22 when my daughter was born. It has started to loose suction. Started using a manual pump after pumping for 30 min. Got an additional 1.5 oz in 10 min. Have used the pump in style advance for my other two children and never had this issue.

Great traveler

I love this pump, overall pretty powerful and relatively quiet. It's easy to clean, too. I loved the battery pack feature allowing me to be mobile, but it came broken and completely stopped working after a month's use. Compact enough to fit in a bag to take to and from work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not that great

Got this thru my insurance back in July 2022 it’s is not the same as the original pisa. The only pros is that it is more quiet and easier to clean.cons doesn’t empty the no control over the suction

PersonalFit Flex™ Connectors SUCK!

The connectors with membrane do not properly worry all the time. They more easily spill my milk than other medela connectors. I have to be seated straight up and even a little leaning over can cause everything to start spilling. You CANNOT use these on your bed or the floor, especially if feeding your baby at the same time.
