Useful not amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to solely pump as my daughter was having trouble latching. I wish there were more pump nipple covers that were my true fit. The ones that came with the box didn’t fit and I didn’t want to waste more money in buying more. I wish it was portable / smaller to travel with. I traveled to chicago and the adapter with batteries sucked down the Batteries after 6 pumping sessions. That was a waste of batteries. Thank god my car had an outlet so I could pump while my husband drove. You are truly confined to where you pump and the milk falls out the top if you bend over to pick up your baby. I was so upset when that happened. If you know you are going to stay seated and not move then this product is for you. It is not for multi-tasking moms.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was recommended Medela by my health care team and my mentor. I decided to choose the PIS because its convenient size and option for the battery pack. I bought some rechargeable batteries and a charger and use that battery pack all the time so I don’t have to worry about actually plugging the pump in. It’s great. Sometimes I even put it in the bag and walk around to get stuff done around the house. The pumping bra they sell is great as well, I typically use that, the only thing I don’t like is that you have to take the nipple shields apart from the bottle to take it off. As I am a first time mom I can’t compare to other pumps but it’s pretty quiet (I guess that’s a concern for people) and I enjoy using it. I would recommend to purchase this model.
It’s also very nice that you can buy other accessories in stores and easily online, for example I wanted more bottles for storage and I could easily buy more versus waiting for an item to have to be shipped to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The reason being that the cup size that the it came where small and it made it difficult and painful to pump. I order for me to get a bigger cup I would have to buy them, spend more money. The tubes that came where not long enough.

Good Pump for Working Mamas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pump because it was the best option on the market for me at the time. I’m a first time mom who works part time as a waitress during busy shifts. This pump is great because it is light weight and comes with both the wall adapter and battery pack all included in the convenient carry case. I basically leave the pump, vacuum lines and battery pack together in the bag all the time so I can save a minute or two when I get to my pumping station at work, and also so I can be moderately mobile when at home. Everything goes together easily and is easy to clean. I also use this as my main pump at home also, pumping typically about once per day.
Pros: lightweight, easy to clean, easy to use, medela flanges are very comfortable, more portable than most standard pumps, battery/ac adapter options
Cons: doesn’t have a display so you don’t really know what power you’re pumping at or have a timer, battery pack uses 8 AAs which could get pricey if you regularly pump somewhere without an outlet, if a pump part still has a drop of water after washing there’s a weird suctiony noise

Amazing pump

Perfect pump

Im 10 month post partum and still pump for my daughter. I love how easy I can fit everything into my backpack which makes it easy to port around. I rated one less star because it is a bit loud when your pumping but not so loud to disturb a baby sleeping. Assembling it together was easy and pulling its apart to wash is also simple. It has great suction and I feel "empty" afterwards.
For any 1st time breastfeeding person, I would highly recommend this pump!
