Love the battery pack option!

I’ve not had my pump too long but I really do like it. The suction is good, and it helps me to express more milk than I was able to with just a hand pump!

My body has a lot of trouble responding to electric pump so I've tried 5 different pumps. This one is my preferred. It's simple to use, no screen but I like it, no bright light for middle of the night pumps. Super comfortable flanges and easy to clean all the bits (also easily replaceable backflow membranes)
Two things that annoy me a bit, is the tubing is very stiff compared to the more flexible medical-type tubing and it is loud compared to others I have.

Portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about my pump in style. It is wonderfully portable and I love that it can use batteries or plug. It is harder to clean than my spectra pump because there are more parts to wash. It is also frustrating that you can’t buy replacement membranes; instead you have to buy a whole new set of flex connectors. It is easier to single pump than with the spectra. Overall it works well but has some undesirable features.

Good portable pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an exclusive pumper and established my supply on Medela's symphony (rented). I bought this pump through my insurance for return to work. It's an open system (milk can get into places), but it's very light and portable. The pull from the pump isn't as smooth as the symphony and it took getting used to. I wouldn't recommend this to exclusive pumpers to establish supply, but it's good for an occasional pump at work.

Loses suction

I had high hopes for this pump since I loved the older style and had zero issues in the year I used it. But this one is terrible. Medela has honestly downgraded with this pump. It makes weird noises and I've had suction issues after 2 months of use. It works one day, and the next day it doesn't. I spend more time getting it to start working, than I do actually pumping. If I didn't receive this pump free through my insurance, I'd be livid. If you have different options for a pump, I wouldn't get this one. Find an older style or switch brands all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Easy to use!
