Changing the pumping game!

This pump has it all! Easy to clean, lightweight, and crazy good efficiency! I noticed a significant increase in my expressed milk within the first two pumping sessions. The preprogrammed settings take all of the guess work out of pumping and made it easy to find one that worked best for me. Cleaning up after pumping was a breeze and I loved the simplicity of the components. Highly recommend! Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for showing me what I was missing out on!

So quiet and comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Pump In Style with MaxFlow breast pump as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I was very impressed with this pump. It's incredibly quiet while still having good suction. The flanges are also much more comfortable with their flexible rubber edges, and they're easy to disassemble and clean. I love that it has the battery pack option, though it seems to use the battery power quickly, so reusable batteries would be a must if using this option frequently. It's too bad there's no built-in rechargeable option. I did feel like it pumped better when plugged in than with the battery pack, but I haven't used the battery pack much to know for sure. I didn't really notice a significant increase in milk output with this pump as compared to other pumps I've used, but I pumped at least as much as usual and the comfort makes this pump worth it. I was also glad to see 21 mm flanges come standard, as I use this size and often have to special order it. The pumping bag and cooler are awesome additions to make pumping at work so much more doable, but the bag is a little small for everything I like to throw in my bag for pumping away from home. All in all, this is a quiet, comfortable, and effective pump that I've enjoyed using. The only feature I've missed about this pump is a screen with a timer and suction level - I usually just push the suction button until it feels like it's working well and use a separate clock to roughly gauge the amount of time I've been pumping.

A Fantastic Pump!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've thoroughly enjoyed my Pump in Style with Max Flow, in fact I haven't used my old pump since I received it! It's comfortable, easy to assemble, pumps efficiently and I love that it comes with a bag so you can store everything inside. Which makes great for travel too. Love that you can either plug it into the wall or use the battery pack. The pieces stay together nicely and the flanges are curved so they stay attached well. The only thing I don't love is that the milk can spill out easily if you tip them over by accident before switching to the bottle caps. But it's not an issue if you make sure to keep them vertical. Just FYI, I received the pump through the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Efficient in more ways than one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pump I received through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! It is so sleek & modern looking, but that’s not the best part. It comes in an amazing tote with pockets for each piece & a unobtrusive style, but even THAT isn’t the best part! It is simply an excellent pump. Compared with other models, this one is faster & easier with an effective design that minimizes suction loss. One of the ways it does this is the rubber lining to the flange which allows it to seal against your breast once placed. I believe it has saved me so much trouble on rearranging because the seal has broken. It also has a unique split tubing design that funnels all the suction power through a single point & it clips easily in the middle for single side pumping without dividing the suction power. I have actually enjoyed pumping for my 3 month old with this pump & I’m so glad to have it!

I received the pump in style max flow from the stellar product testing panel. Having to go to work and pump is hard enough without the proper pump but this was easy. I like that it came with the battery back. It takes 8 AA batteries which is fine because I didn’t have to worry about the recharge. And a plug adapter.
I like that it is small and compact. Much better than my other two pumps. The functions are a standard function control that medela is known for.
It was extremely comfortable and I like that it came with two different sizes and with extra supplies. It’s still a bit loud but quiet enough not to wake a sleeping baby. I liked the bag that it came with too. Very compact. I would recommend this product most definitely.

Fast, Effective, Convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Medela Pump in Style wtih Max Flow is my new go-to breast pump! This pump is compact, simple to use, and expressed more milk than any other pump I have used! I am currently breastfeeding my second child and this is the third pump I have tried. It became my instant favorite! I have always thought that one side produced less milk, however, the Max Flow was able to express noticeably more milk from my “slacker” side. The pump is super easy to use with just four buttons and easy presets that can be turned up or down to your preference. After just a couple of uses I knew exactly which settings were good for me. One of my favorite aspects of this new pump is the simplicity and comfort of the flanges and bottle parts. The flanges have a soft ring around the outside which is so comfortable! While pumping it feels less mechanical, and more closely mimics a natural suction of a baby. I also love the convenience of cleaning. The top of the bottle is just two simple parts that easily snap apart for cleaning, so I can actually see that everything is clean and sterilized. The pump included many great accessories; a cooler bag with bottle ice pack, and a battery pack were my favorites. The battery pack is so wonderful for pumping while traveling or on the go! The only thing I would change about this pump is for it to run on a reusable battery so I could pump wirelessly all the time, but this is not a deal breaker for me. The overall convenience and power this pump provides is superior! A huge thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this pump!

Solid, quiet pump.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pump as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and was really excited to try it, as I’m exclusively pumping for my youngest daughter due to a number of issues. I had previously used a Medela pump with my first daughter and had a great experience and expected the same in this case. Largely, it’s a good pump. It’s much smaller and quieter than the version I used two years ago, which is fantastic! The compact nature of it made it much easier to tote up and down the stairs, too.
The pump comes with a setting with micro vibrations. While I think this will definitely help a lot of women, it didn’t have much effect for me. I also had a difficult time seeing my output because of the design of the flanges. I also couldn’t do hand compressions as effectively as I typically do because of the flange design, as well.
It is super easy to clean the pump parts - as with precious versions of this pump, there are several parts, but I like the updated design of them when it comes to ease of cleaning. I also loved that the pump came with a roomy and really awesome travel bag that had lots of pockets for various things I need. I also appreciated the travel battery pack!
Overall, this is a good pump. I don’t think it exceeded my expectations of what I could be based on previous versions of it, but it’s solid and does its job generally well and quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Medela's new Max Flow Pump in Style breast pump is a major upgrade from my old-model Medela Pump in Style. My absolute favorite upgrade is that there are fewer parts to clean and they are larger, meaning no choking hazards, no small pieces getting lost, and much quicker clean up every night. The other benefit of this pump, is that I'm pumping a bit quicker, just a few minutes less than the older model, but it all adds up! The quicker pumping is due to this new microvibration technology.
This pump kit comes with a a carrying bag for the pump, a cooler for the milk, with four bottles, bottle stands, and a special cooling pack.
My favorite thoughtful additions to the pump kit are a battery pack for remote pumping and two different sizes of breast shields(!) for a better fit.
I do wish, however, that the kit came with a hands free bra set up, but I understand women come in all different shapes and sizes and it's best to get one fitted just for you.
All in all, this is a great pump!
