A big step up from the original pump in style

I was given this breast pump to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used the original pump in style advanced for the first 6 months post partum and had decent results. Once I switched to the max flow, my output increased by at least 0.5-1 ounce per pump (I am a just enougher). I really liked the suction and longer pull of this pump, I feel it helps empty more efficiently. Also, the vibration of the pump helps with letdown and expression. The flanges are much more comfortable and the parts are much easier to clean. The one negative, which isn’t that big of a deal, is the letdown mode is only 1 minute and it usually takes me closer to 2 minutes for a letdown. It is easy to just press the button to to back into stimulation mode. I like that the pump automatically shuts off after 30 minutes also. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy this pump and would highly recommend it.

Wish I had this the first time around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this breast pump to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so grateful they gave me the opportunity to try it out, I love it! Set up was easy, and I found it to be more comfortable than other pumps I have tried, both with my first baby, and now with my second. I really appreciate how compact and lightweight it is and the carrying bag it came with. Even though I’m not out and about as much as I was pre-COVID it is so nice for when I’m out working and baby is home. I think I had better expression with this pump as well, it didn’t seem to take as long to finish pumping (of course, that could also be that I’m several months into breastfeeding now. But overall, it seemed faster.) If I have any complaints, some of the components are a little tricky to clean thoroughly. I’m a relaxed second time mama, but bacteria is still a thing. All in all, this is my favorite pump almost three years into motherhood! Anything to make my life easier is a win!

Great flanges

My son was born via emergency c-section and was in the nicu for four days. In that time I used the hospital pump. Honestly, the pump in style works better than the hospital pump and the flex flanges are amazing! Not only does this pump pack a punch it’s so light and portable. The battery pack is great for when you are out and about. The only thing that would make this pump better would be longer hoses.

Great Pump!

The Medela Pump in Style with Max Flow is great! It's super small and compact which makes transporting it easy, and there's only one tube to have to mess with. The silicon flanges are more comfortable than the traditional plastic ones as well. The option to use a battery pack opens up so many more options for pumping places, which is a relief! It works well too; i have a slacker side that struggles to respond to pumps and i'm able to get a descent amount from it! I would very much recommend. I received this pump as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I received this breast pump from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I like it because it has been so easy to take on the go, it’s super light weight, and very quiet! I have very easily been able to take it with me in the car and continue to successfully pump and keep up with my busy life. I also really liked the bag it came with to carry all my breast pump needs in. I would recommend this pump to any Mom who is in need of a breast

Updated Easy to Clean Pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Medela Pump in Style for my first two babies, I received the Pump in Style with Max Flow as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and was pleasantly surprised. The kit included a carrying cooler bag and battery pack for the pump, in case I need to use it on the go which may come in handy. The pump itself is small, with just 4 buttons which makes it super easy to operate. The suction is different than other pumps I have used and more closely mimics baby's suction at the beginning of the feed. This seemed to start the letdown faster but produced about the same amount of milk. The pump parts have also been upgraded and now there are only 3 pieces to clean! They come apart super easy and can be sterilized in a microwave steamer bag. I appreciate the easy to clean membrane and the fact that there are no small parts that can get lost easily. The flanges also have padding which makes them very comfortable and helps keep them in place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High Comfort Meets Higher Output

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using The Medela Pump in Style with Max Flow for the past month and a half. As an exclusive pumper, the quality and comfort of a pump is extremely important since I use it approximately 6 times per day for 20-30 mins per session. The Pump in Style with Max flow is very comfortable. The oval shape shape of the flanges and the soft rim is surprisingly a big difference in comfort level. The flanges also have a snugger fit due to these features, so there’s better suction and less leaking. Also the angle of the connector is great in my pumping bra. The Suction level of the pump was easy to figure out on the pump itself using the buttons, however I did find that the standard setting the pump came with to be a good level for me. I found that the max flow vibration feature helped me express more than I did from the pump I was previously using. On average it would add about .25 ounces more a session. That adds up a lot over many sessions a day! The pump is a little noisier than my other pump , however if you place the pump on something soft (like a towel) it helps with the sound level if you’re trying to stay very quiet. The connector parts are so easy to put together, take apart, and clean. Everything is smooth and dries quickly if air drying and easy to wipe dry if in a rush. I bought an extra set of connectors and flanges so I don’t have to clean and dry as quickly since this is my go-to pump. I appreciate that the pump came with little stands for the bottles so they don’t tip over! No one wants to lose precious milk, so a sturdy bottle is important. The pump also comes with everything you need: two different flange sizes, pump parts, 4 bottles with toppers, a mini cooler, a battery pack for on the go pumping, and a cute bag that holds it all. It’s so easy to quickly pack up and take with you. I’ve been moving it around the house since I pump in different locations during the week and on the weekend and it’s simple to carry the bag and plug it in where needed. It will also be easy to pack with me on an upcoming beach trip!
Favorite features: comfort fit of the flanges; that it automatically switches suction phases for you after a minute so you don’t have to remember to switch modes; automatic shut off at thirty minutes; how portable the pump is with the battery pack option.
Anything I’d change? I’d say it would be nice if the bottles were wide neck just so they be easier to clean, and if I could more easily see whether milk is still coming out (maybe a view window or a clear part on the connectors), and perhaps a timer and/or way to know what level suction you are on.
But overall this pump is wonderful. Comfort and output win the day! I’m so thankful for being provided this pump by the Stellar Product Testing Panel to try for my honest opinion

Great quiet efficient pump!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pump in style max flow. It is much quieter, more efficient, and gets out more milk consistently. I rarely get clogged ducts with this compared to other pumps. The new flanges and suction are more comfortable. Only down side is the flange component is heavier. I received this as part of the stellar product testing panel.
