The black matte screen is great as it prevents reflections that the glossy monitors have (i.e., my other ones) and the blue light blocker is a major plus since I am on my PC all day long with my work (and many nights). Picture is excellent and the unit works great with a Plugable 4K multiple display adapter so I can run 4 monitors off of my HP Envy Desktop. Special attachments are needed to place it on a monitor rack (i.e., monitor stacking poles) since it doesn't have the standard connection backing. I would strongly recommend it as HP stuff has served me and my family well for 15 years. It is the skillful friendly suppport personnel and the abundant tech support knowledgebase that places HP way ahead of its competitors. Most people overlook tech support but do not realize that all heavily used PCs, printers, technology and special software apps will eventually have issues and need support. And when the support is poor, your problems and downtime can escalate quickly. So HPs consistency in this area has made me a loyal customer and I don't get lured away by supposed great deals on lesser brands. Keep up the good work HP.
The monitor size are good enough for student who do programming assignment. The color and resolution are both clear for eyes. By the way, the speed of delivery is quick domestically. If something I think could be improved, I would suggest that the height of bracket supporting screen could be designed to be adjustable so that I can adjust the height for some user scenario.
