Can’t actually return apparently

It doesn’t work right. So I requested a return and ordered a Lenovo brand cuz I know it works. It wouldn’t connect to the laptop consistently, every time I plugged into my desk, or even just turned on my machine, I would have to unplug the cable and plug it back in. It takes days to submit a request to return. This didn’t work for my work schedule, so I ordered a new one. And now I can’t return it cuz I have to work with a tech. Now I have to call to ask for a return without tech cuz I don’t need the device anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great monitors, but cannot daisy chain

The monitors are very nice. Large full screen. Crisp and clear. But, I bought two of these monitors as part of a 'dual monitor bundle' and the monitors do not have the proper ports for daisy chaining them together. So I had to send both monitors to the laptop, causing me to buy a new HDMI to USB C cable.
