It’s not bad, sound quality is horrible on on both ends,
The advertised battery life was 6 months
I’m lucky to get 2 months on the highest battery saving settings. The magnetic mounts are the best part.

Doesn’t save playback

Camera works ok, sound is glitchy…. Will not save motion clips. It did for a while until I did an update and had not worked since. Almost what’s the point of the camera than if you can’t go back and see what set the camera off in the first place.

Not happy with them at all. Motion detection is absolutely useless.

Good quality poor battery life

Hello Derren66,

The overall battery life of the camera will vary on the amount of use. The more the camera is used or remotely accessed or triggered, the more battery-powered is required. The unit sleeps when there's no opening of the Swann Security app and motion detections to save the battery. The number of charges will depend on how many times you check the app and how often motion detection is triggered. A camera that will be facing a high-traffic area will need to be charged way more often than a camera that has only 10 minutes a day of motion. In addition, a poor WiFi signal can also contribute to the fast discharge of the battery. Unreliable WiFi connection

Despite strong signal at installation points 5 or 6 m from wireless router, one ore more of my 4 cameras drop out.
Reset time on triggered recording makes it useless in gathering enough information of an event. It simply does not record for enough time then remains unable to re- trigger for too long befofe resetting.
