Disappointed in the quality

I have 2 of these cameras for close to a year now and they don’t seem to pick up on people walking past 10m away when set to max on the detection sensitivity., when live-viewing the camera seems to time out after about 2 mins of watching then takes forever to bring up the live view again also the quality when viewing at night has its ups and downs some nights it will be some -what clear then others it will be very pixelated.
When listening to the camera their is a scrambling sound throughout the live view and can be quite annoying when trying to listen to what ever it is you are listing to.
With all that said I do like the app interface and how easy it is to navigate.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. Good but room for improvements

I haave been using it for a few years. It was good initially as it was fixed on a wall. Moved it to a flat plain, cant get the right angle. Maybe I am mechanically not gifted enough to come up with a gismo to change the angle. The battery life can always get bigger cause I am too lazy to charge it every 2 - 3 weeks depending on the traffic amount.

Activity events simply does not work. Activity is supposedly recorded, however when you check the activity clip, it states ‘Cannot find any clips on this date’ very poor.
