Frequent opening of the Swann Security app, too many motion detections, and poor WiFi signal can contribute to the fast discharge of the battery. Swann Xtrem Wireless Security Cameras

These wireless security cameras are very slow to register movement and to show live feeds. Then once you’re able to finally get onto watching live feeds, they shutdown and you have to wait for ages for them to regain connection to view anything. Battery life is not that great.

1) The upload speed of your internet provider and
2) the strength of the Wi-Fi signal to your Swann camera from your home router.
Based on the information provided, we would recommend reaching out to a member of our technical support team to look further into your issues. For the best experience, we would recommend that both devices be connected to a high-speed network. If your mobile device is not meeting the bandwidth requirements the resolution may be lower than desired or will not connect at all.
