Room for improvement

Received the device yesterday and still can not connect it to Alexa. I give it 3 stars because the video quality is good but it wil not connect to Alexa. I tell Alexa "show front door" Alexa replies "Ok", it tries to connect but fails.
Useing this as an indoor camera. When I'm home I want to know that the camera is OFF!!! but it has no off switch.

Good at first now all play backs are just a black screen

I bought this 2 yrs ago worked goid during that time now recording problems just showing a black screen
