Great Power!

I can tell you this hand mixer is full of power and mixes my thickest doughs and batters with ease. The handle feels like it was designed by a famous chef! Chose this mixer with confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brain multi mix hm1010 is a good hand mixer. The components are solid and it does a great job. I used it on a cake and buttercream that I would typically make in my stand mixer and it got the job done well. I think a hand mixer is often overlooked as a core tool for a kitchen and this one will be great to have around.

Pretty good mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is ok. Not as powerful as I had hoped. My first test was chocolate chip cookies. Once I started mixing in the flour (about halfway through) I switched to the dough hooks. Worked like a charm. It easily mixed in the rest of the flour and chocolate chips. It was bogging down before I switched the hooks. I used this to make delicious omelets easily whipping in the ingredients. I also used this to make homemade whipping cream. About 5 minutes and it was done. Heavy cream and a bit of vanilla and sugar. Delicious! The only downfall of this mixed is the release button. To eject the beaters/or dough hooks took quiet a bit of effort. As a matter of fact my 16 year old daughter can't do this by herself. I had to use both thumbs pushing with all my might. I thought I was doing something wrong.

Everyone Kneads One of These!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is the best mixer ever for making pastry dishes. The enclosed whisks help evenly mix the dough with minimal effort. It is not overly powerful as traditional mixers are, so that helps my dough come out perfect! This was used a lot the last month making all the holiday desserts and breads! I would not recommend using this mixer for shredding chicken or mixing thicker mixes, like a cream cheese base. It does not work as well on those types of food items.

Powerful little hand mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun multi mix hand mixer is very sturdy and powerful. It is lightweight and easy to handle, has 5 speeds and is very quiet. I also like the extra dough hooks for making bread, such a neat and handy little mixer, perfect for baking!
