Quiet motor, didn't like the plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun mixer comes with 2 attachments. One set is for general mixing and the other is for bread dough. I did not have a need for the bread dough attachments. Any bread I make is typically too large to mix by hand. We used the all purpose attachments for a pizza cheeseball/dip. The cream cheese was pretty thick, but that was no issues for the mixer. There was no need to use the higher speeds, number 1 was fast enough! I should have used a deeper/larger bowl because we had some splatter.
It has a nice quiet motor HOWEVER I did think the attachments looked a little cheap. My original hand mixer has all metal attachments. The Braun mixer has plastic and metal. The plastic was already dented/marked up when I opened the box and excess plastic was hard to peel away when washing. I washed it before use and worried the plastic could fall off into my food. The on/off button was a little tough to push but will probably loosen up with use. Prefer all metal attachments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Living it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I was a little leary of the very thin mixers but I have to say they worked great. We used it for the first time to make some brownies for our grandkids. I can't wait to use the dough hooks!

Really nice mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I really enjoy cooking and baking and have used A LOT of mixers in the past. Some were okay, and some were just plain horrible. This mixer is GREAT. It is nice and light but also feels sturdy. The main thing that I like that other mixers seem to have a problem with is that the mix doesn't travel up the mixer with these attachments. It's a really problem that a lot of mixers have and this one does NOT. All in all this is an outstanding mixer for various types of mixing and I could not recommend it more. It feels like it will last the test of time and I am extremely happy with it.

Not for younger cooks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pre-teen always likes to cook with me. I pulled this out for him to mix the wet ingredients with while I measured out and sifted the dry. While he has always been able to manage this independently with my other hand mixer, I had to help him get the beaters in (not as easy as every other hand mixer I've used), and the lowest speed comes up so fast that there was splatter. Those two things right out of the gate turned us both off. We'll keep using our trusty old, cheap hand mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Item!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice hand held mixer. The mixer isn't too heavy in weight, I can use it comfortably. It seems to have a nice amount of power. The beaters attach easily to the mixer and eject easily. I've made a few different things using this mixer and it blended everything well for me with no problems. There is also a nice little bag that comes with this to store the attachments in when not in use. Overall I'm very happy with this mixer, it gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product and tried for the first time last night. The Braun Multi mix handheld mixer is a great little mixer for quick jobs. Came with two different attachments, one for mixing, the other is for thicker (bread) doughs. Super easy to assemble and disassemble. The attachments came with a small back for storage so they’re not lost when stored (I have a lot of kitchen tools). The product is compact, which makes for easy storage. For a small handheld mixer it is very powerful. I tried on all speeds just to see how well it worked. No issues at all with operation, and easy cleanup. Absolutely perfect for quick use.

Great mixer

Very nice blender!

The only thing that made me out 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish it had a little case, or somewhere to put the blade parts. But it works great, has a good amount of speed settings, and isn't very loud at all. I'm excited to do my holiday baking with this little guy!!
