Nice unit, lots of power, nice keyboard, sound is a touch disappointing, and the rubber surface around the touch pad is already coming up around the edge of the touch pad, it hasnt been 24 hours, quality should be better for the cost of the laptop.
Quality control needs to improve.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hands down the best money you could ever spend on a computer. The screen is beautiful and it runs amazingly. Love the keyboard best keyboard I have ever had on a laptop.

My bad - didn't look close enough at the keyboard. I wanted my numeric pad on the right... and while the proper keys are there (add, subtract, multiply, divide)... they are on the wrong side. I replaced a 15" LAPTOP that didn't have the numeric keypad at all. It Did have some keys across the top that I did like - they are still here, but mixed up in the keyboard. (ROG key being one). Overall though, it's fast and has tons of memory in all the right places!! This is my 4th laptop - my 3rd ASUS. Previous was a Dell? It was nice... but I'll keep buying ASUS.

Instantly Needed Repair That Cost me $$$

Laptop came with unformatted hard drive. I only showed 236 gigs available out of 3 TBs. The Windows installed was corrupted and didn't work at all. Nor would it let me update Windows at all. This disabled me from being able to update drivers/BIOS. I had to take it to a computer repair shop where they charged me a hefty amount to get it fixed. This delay completely messed me up for the release of Diablo 4 as the computer was not available for use and the repair had my computer for days. Very disappointed to purchase such a high end item to have it delivered in a state that it doesn't work. Since it has been fixed, things have been better but I shouldn't have to take it to a computer repair shop right out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Costumer Service can distroy your company!

This review is more about your costumer service, not so much the system, Well I returned the laptop, sometimes the ole dog just won't bark. The third person I spoke to and myself agreed it was looking like a bad hard drive, sometimes a dud is just a dud. I kept getting a start up notice of, "abnormal status reported by Rapid Storage Technology UEIF driver" with the system showing a 287gb hard drive when it should have been 3Tb. She did offer to have if fixed for me, however since it was only a two day old system I opted to return it. I did like the system so I ordered another one from a different company. It should be here sometime today. I would have given a 5 star review here but I spoke to three different people about the issue I was having with the system. Two of them, the first gentleman and the third woman, were super nice and extremely helpful. The second person I spoke to was rude and VERY unhelpful. It was like he didn't give a crap about me as a consumer or the products you as a company manufacture and sell. I immediately called right back and got the third lady. I have had nothing but Asus computers, (desktops and laptops), for around 12 to 15 years. This is like the fifth system I have had. The others are still all working and passed down to children and grand children. I have never been spoken to by one of your customer service representative the way that man spoke to me. I would like to also tell you to pass along, that the serial numbers for your systems are at the top of the MyASUS app. That way, little ole crippled ladies don't have to crawl around on the floor or pick up their systems to find it.
