This is the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had. It is light, making it easy to take up and down stairs, it’s surprisingly quiet and cleans amazingly well, on carpet as well as bare floors. This is an excellent machine.

I purchased this vacuum about a month ago and gave our Shark upright to our daughter. This vacuum is much lighter, much easier to maneuver around, and vacuums hard floors with ease compared to the upright. The only thing I don't care for is the dark tint on the dust bin. It's so dark you cannot tell if it's full or not. Shark should have made it clear. Otherwise, a great vacuum.

This is my second Shark Vacuum. I love the canister style because you can get under furniture. This vacuum has a flex wand feature that allows the wand to bend for under furniture vacuuming. The unit is light weight and is not as loud as my other vacuum. It has a really long retractable cord. It easily maneuvers and has great suction.

I bought this a year after I bought the upright vacuum so I could have a second one and a lighter one for me to handle. It works great! If I saw this before I bought the upright I wouldn't have bought it.

I love this vacuum! I've never owned a canister vacuum before and this makes me feel like I've been vacuuming wrong all these years. I have wool areas rugs, one is thick shag, tile, wood, and linoleum flooring. It does a beautiful job on all of them. It's so quickly shifts to a powerful stair vac, too. A click of a button and I can get under the ottoman, buffet, dressers, and bed and store it in a small place under shelves in a closet!

You need to use the high setting on hard floors, or it does next to nothing. I guess that's why they have that setting! It's the only one I use.
