Quiet and powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never tried this type of vacuum before but man does it get the job done. I mean there is nothing it can't do and it's perfect for everyday cleaning to detail work and I would even recommend it if you clean houses for a living. I was extremely impressed with how quiet this vacuum is along with the longer cord and that it automatically winds up and that saves me a step and time. I couldn't hold my excitement so I literally went ahead and vacuumed my entire downstairs while my husband was upstairs sleeping. He had to be up early for work the next day and he didn't hear a thing. That never happens and this is a game changer. Now to why I love this vacuum so much. Upstairs in one of my bedrooms I had to repatch and sand a wall. I was careful not to get it everywhere and I was able to get right up to the baseboard and clean it with one swipe and detach the hose to get the rest. I was done in under a minute. I can literally do everything right from the handle to turning it on/off and changing the suction. I can roll or carry the canister which is helpful when cleaning my stairs. The cord is actually long enough that I didn't have to keep plugging into different outlets. I can finally clean under my bed with the longer handle and hose which by the way snaps into place when storing. I can even spot clean one area or unsnap to get the longer hose to complete each room. Best of all I was able to get all the animal hair up throughout my entire house without needing to empty it once. I absolutely love this vacuum and have already recommended it to my family and friends! Excellent quality along with durability and super quiet!

A Lifesaver for Dog Owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this vacuum a couple of weeks ago after my last vacuum proved inadequate at cleaning up all of my dog's hair - He has pretty short hair, but is constantly shedding, and no matter how many times I would pass my old vacuum over the rugs in my house there would ALWAYS be a ton of hair still stuck there when I was done. After switching over to the Shark, all I can say is that I don't think I can go back to any other kind of vacuum since this thing leaves my rugs looking basically new (at least, with no more dirt or hair embedded in). Beyond that, it's lightweight and easy to use/carry (granted, I don't have any stairs in my house), and the nozzle attachments make it super simple to get into the nooks and crannies of any furniture that my dog has been hanging out on. Furthermore, as you can see in my pictures, it easily folds up to be super compact and space-saving when not in use. I absolutely recommend for the pet-owners out there who are running into the same issues that I was with my last vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Canister Pet Bagless Corded Vacuum is easy to use and comes with various accessories. I cleaned my carpets and enjoyed the experience and powerful suction. This amazing Shark Vacuum goes in to the small spaces and picks up dirt brilliantly. I love the added light as it makes for easier cleaning. Putting it together was also a breeze and it comes with full instructions. The only thing I would change is for the head to maneuver more easily through small spaces but other than that, it is brilliantly made. I highly recommend for performance, durability and effective cleaning power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally love this vacuum! We have two long coated German Shepherds and 2 med coat cats and 1 short hair cat and with this many animals their hair gets caught in our carpet.
We have gone thru so many vacuums even had a couple that were dedicated for pets but they never last nor do they pick up all the hair after a month. While we do have to empty it more since the canister is on the smaller scale it still picks up all the hair from the carpet.
Emptying it is a breeze. What we really like about this vacuum is that you can adjust the strength of suction with a simple press of the button that is on the handle. There is also a button on the canister itself that we can tap with our feet to adjust the strength of the suction. We don't have to shut off the vacuum and turn the nob. Even after picking up all the hair we didn't have to worry about the hair being wrapped around the rotating bristle. Even the filter is washable which we really like. After using just a press of the cord button will roll the cord right up so you dont' have to deal with rolling it up. I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone and everyone that has pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first canister vacuum. I am absolutely in love with this vacuum I don't know where to start!! I have NEVER been able to reach places this vacuum can go. I will never have to move my table, bed, or dressers to vacuum. It can fit pretty much anywhere and moves and turns so smoothly. The best part is in don't even have to bend over to reach those places because it bends with a click of a button! The light on it is actually really handy since the vacuum fits so far under things where it is dark, or even when vacuuming my hallway I don't have to turn the light on. I was shocking surprised by how quiet this vacuum is compared to any other vacuum I have ever used. It came with two attachments.There are control on the handle to easily adjust the setting from bare floors to carpet and three speed settings. It also reaches in high places which is great. When it comes to storing it I noticed it does take up a bit more room than a traditional stand up vacuum. I am excited to never have to literally cut my long hair off the roller like I have to on all other vacuums. Overall, I am extremely happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home is cleaner and free of dust since bringing home the Shark Canister Pet Bagless vacuum. The build quality is solid while still being lightweight and easy to maneuver. The product is well-engineered and easy to use. It’s become our preference over our much more expensive, European vacuum cleaner due to its versatility. No bags are great!
Between my waist-length hair, our long-haired tabby cat, 2 Maltese, 1 chihuahua, and a hairy husband were constantly cutting hair out of rug beaters. The Shark Powerfins are going strong after a few weeks of use and have not gotten clogged with hair! My white rug has never been cleaner.
Thank you, Shark, for the eco-friendly packaging! No plastic and no styrofoam to be found. The vacuum was well packed with unbleached paper and cardboar, and seriously, impressed by this consideration.
When I’m done vacuuming, I empty the canister directly into my outdoor compost bin. No bags and no excess waste. Highly recommend the Shark Pet Canister Vacuum for homes with pets or hairy people.

I have one small complaint about this vacuum. The hose is not as flexible as I would like it to be. This is the second shark canister that I have purchased; the first still works, but the carpet head motor burned out after 10 years of use. I like the fact that this one has just the one head that easily switches from rug to bare floor. It moves smoothly and the head as advertised does in fact keep itself hair free - yay!

My previous vacuum I had was an upright with a hose attachment that I use more like a canister so I bought this model. I really like the retractable cord. I do like the flex wand, it helps get under the couch and beds. The suction level adjustment is something that I have to get use to. The hose is stiff and hard to maneuver with the handheld attachments. The bagless waste bin is also hard to remove, it takes a bit of pushing and pulling to get it to come out. The navigator upright that I purchased several years ago has a light on the hose attachment that this model does not have, I liked that feature. I would liked if the canister stored away a bit more compact or had a way to store the hose on the canister.
