I have a lot of back pain. Since using this, my pain level had gone from extreme to minimal. I use it when I do my physical therapy back exercises. I am hoping that with continued use, my pain level continues to improve.

Great Infrared Wrap

This is my first infrared wrap purchase. Came with 2 sizes Velcro straps so the smaller I use for around my knee and the larger strap I can use it on my back. Very convenient to charge the pad then not having to worry about cords when using it. I get about four of the 20-minutes uses before it needs to recharge. This one had everything I wanted in an infrared wrap when I was shopping for them and has been great to have.

The time the lights are on there is a warm and relaxing sensation. It takes two of the 20 minute sets to have a good effect for my shoulder. The charge will last for no more than an hour of use. Charging will also take about an hour.

Very Happy So Far

This has really made a difference. Just received it last week and used it 3 times on different areas. I initially wanted to order either the knee version, or the sholder to try it out, but this model actually adapts to the knees and sholder, and works on so many other spots.

Unfortunately, my husband has the back issues and this did not help him . It will be going back. The charge doesn’t last long…for about one and a half 20 minute sessions only.

In about 4 days, I believe it helped pain in my calf which I had over extended a month ago and pain would not go away. So am trying on other sections on my body. I have great expectations. Love the warmth you get from it.
