The infrared pad is smaller than expected. Plastic on and off button only works half the time.

Needs frequent recharging

Awkward to use on knees. Gives warmth but not much pain relief. Constantly needs recharging after only two 20 minute treatments.

Not what it looked like . I thought it,was like a belt to wrap around. The straps didn't hold up the infrared pad. Very disappointing

I'm very pleased with the Infrared wrap. It is so versatile. I can use it while sitting or standing or even laying down. With or without the straps. I believe it is helping but will give it more time.
