My only complaint is after about a year and a half, half of the red lights are out which makes me wonder how many of the infrared lights are still working

Feel-it doesn't take long for the warmth to feel wonderful.
Straps - for use on knees, the strap could be a little longer or shorter. If I don't stretch it very snug, the end ends up on the control.
Battery - I haven't figured this out yet. It has lasted for 4 uses. It won't allow charging when the battery is low. When the life of the battery is done, it won't be usable. I'm wondering how long it last.

infrared &Red light (LED)therapy

I am a retired Therapist. I really like this modality for temporary relief from my sore knees. I like the versatility of applications and may also apply it to an upper extremity sore spot such as the forearm and or elbow. It is important to note per the instructions not to use it more than 1-2x/day on the same body spot and also to avoid looking directly (stare at or look at light purposefully into the red LED light) to protect your eyes.

Great for back pain

This belt really helped with my lower back pain. It is lightweight and not too bulky under clothing. It is a little difficult to figure out how to strap it in place. I recommend it to anyone needing pain relief.
