The therapy wrap was great

The therapy wrap was great for a few weeks, then stopped working, apparently an electrical short. I will be returning for a replacement and will see if it keeps working.

If only it would fasten

The light work and do the job, but you literally have to be laying down to keep it on. The velcro or what ever they call it does not stay connected AT ALL. Total joke for something at this price point. Regards, Bob G

2 things. I can only use it twice and then I have to recharge it. I'm not happy with the battery life.
Second, it would be nice if there was a ding or some type of notification when it turns off. I use it on my back so I can't see when the lights shut off.

When product stays on it feels good & think it helps but it only stays on for a few minutes at a time so you have to keep turning back on. Then it’s time to charge it again.

This is an excellent product.

This is an excellent product. It does relieve back pain. It also relieves knee joint pain. Properly used as directed and recharged properly after usage, you will get results from this product. It does take time, it is not an instant pain reliever. Consistent use as directed will ensure health benefits. I love it!

Just tried using the belt for the first time today.....there is barely any velcro and it doesn't stay attached.
