Is this really an LG?

I have had LG phones in the past & this just doesn’t hold up!!! I should have had a clue when packaging states right off the rod & reel... “If phone stops, lags, or turns off, DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY, hold blah blah blah”
clearly LG already knew it had serious problems. The stylus broke within 1 week, i I locked up every time I picked it up. I had an emergency & had to restart phone 3 times to make PHONE CALL to the vet. No, this was not a refurbished phone. I just want a decent phone that works when I NEED it to, can check my email, maybe Facebook....with all the NEW TECHNOLOGY & so called improvements to cell phones it seems that they could get it right by now. My old Kyocera flip phone was a KEEPER!

Might be best used as a door jam

I have had this piece of junk for a couple of months, and (thank God) I finally broke the screen yesterday. Time to move on. I had the Stylo 3 and absolutely loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was the Stylo 5. That didn't last long. It took three days to get the phone itself to work, and another two days to get something that was internet-esk. First off, the reception sucks at its best. Data constantly drops out with the wi-fi turning on and off like a strobe light. If you were lead to believe as I was, that the 32G micro SD will solve all your storage needs you would be wrong. You can not transfer anything but photo files to the SD card and that is it. No games just photos. If by some twist of fate you are able to open a stable data connection then don't get yours hopes up cause the phone is slow. If it were any slower I would gone backwards in time. Oh by the way all those photos you are going to store are blurry and washed out. Actually I am looking forward to one thing about the Stylo 5. That would be the day I can finally throw this thing at brick wall.

Charging port went out on both phones I purchased within a few weeks of purchase. Screens cracked incredibly easily. One of the phones power button sticks.

Not Worth the Money

You pay for what you get. The battery has to be charged every day even though I don't use it a lot. Even with the battery saver on it still has to be charged. The phone never vibrates even when on that setting. If you get a text or phone message you have to check constantly because there are no follow-up notifications. You also can't delete part of your text messages you have to delete the entire conversation. I will not buy this phone again.
