I did just get this about a month ago and I am still learning how to use it! I am not used to this high tech stuff!! But I have a daughter that helps and answers my stupid questions!!
Absolutely the Worst Phone Ever - Purchased brand new and the sim card would not recognize phone. Tried several other sim cards and after 4 hours on phone with Tracphone - I gave up and returned phone and had to wait weeks for a refund.

I don't live on my phone like most people so if you just want to message friends and make calls, it is quite good. The battery lasts as long as 3 days without charging if you just leave it sitting. Screen is nice to look at. Speaker is a good quality, it is placed on the bottom rather than the back.
I bought this phone in Dec as needed to upgrade. From the description it appears that this is what I needed. However, after inserting the SD card, I was only able to move pictures and files, not the apps. Found out that LG removed this function from this phone and has not addressed the issue. If you need internal storage, and like to play games, this is not the phone for you. I'm sorry I bought this phone.
