I have been so very happy with this new phone. When getting it ready to set it up and transfer all of my other things from my old phone, it was done before I even really got started. Love this new phone, just having to learn how to use it. It's a fantastic phone.
Old people like me (75) who have cataracts in both eyes and neuropathy n their fingers needs something like the video Professor to show how to use this smartphone. I have asked some younger people and those that already have a smartphone how to open and use this new phone. You transferred my phone number but not any of my credits for phone or texting. Now I am unable to use my old flip phone which had unlimited time (99,999) and I hope to buy a my flip 2 with a no contract or one of your regular flip non contract to be able to call and talk to a technician. Since I am under the care of cancer, internal, heart, and orthopedic specialists I have to be able to set up my medical transportation and appointments. With time I will learn how to use this new smartphone and add programs and ear buds as well as voice questions

My new LG Stylo work well, the battery holds up, and the screen is huge, but it will not hook up to my network. I'm connected to the internet, and receive email, but the phone and/or text cannot be used.
would give 5 stars but the volume is not great even when hooked to bluetooth its really low .. my other phones volume is much greater...but really good value
Purchased few weeks ago. Fell only 1 foot from coffee table and then cracked glass.
