Refurbished defective

I purchased this phone a few weeks ago and they sent me a refurbished defective phone in stead of a brand new phone I will never purchase again online and now I can’t get a replacement of the phone smh that’s all I want

So far I'm not as pleased with this LG phone as the last one. It's slower and doesn't always respond. I have the same Wi-Fi. Not sure what is going on. Frustrating.
I love my LG Stylo 5LTE (L722DL). The larger screen display 6.2", including a stylus pen, makes such a good change for me. The sound quality is so clear it's awesome. Plus it has 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM. I couldn't be happier,. Love my LG Stylo 5LTE.

Not an upgrade!

Horrible locks up and have to reset at least twice a day with moderate use. Even with all the updates! About to trash it and go back to my old dependable Rebel 4!

My New LG STYLO

This new phone charges faster than my previous phones, hold the charge longer as well it has 3 possible Battery Saver Options: [OFF 102 hours 20 min], [Extended 154 hours 37 min], Maximum 269 hours 45 min] I've got to say I'm not seeing any disadvantages with this phone. The large view screen makes more comfortable to streaming videos the amount of non-active screen is maybe ½ inch on top & bottom the rest of your new phone is active screening. Incredibly fast recharge as well.
I purchased witb great expectations. It is alot of phone with many posibilities. I am a basic user of texting and picture taking. My only complaint is it tends to freeze up at least twice a day so I need to shut the phone off and reboot after the freezing.
